My weekly goals, such as the ones found at this post will now be combined with my Smart Habit Saturdays.
Goals for this coming week:
1. Run 2 miles continuously
2. Drink more water each day
3. Do one chore each morning before sitting down at the computer
4. Focus on and live in the present moment
5. Put things away when I am finished with them
Last weeks goals were very successful. Only one night did I forget my prenatal vitamin and didn’t pick up around the house before bed. I had a good excuse.
A girlfriend of mine was in town, and I hadn’t seen her in a few years. It was a last minute get together, and we stayed out chatting until 2am! I will continue to work on those along with the 5 listed above this week.

I found your blog on google and read a few of your other posts. I just added you to my Google News Reader. Keep up the good work. Look forward to reading more from you in the future.

Stacey,
Well I am glad that you found me and liked what you found.
I’ll be sure to check out your blog as well.
Take care,
Jennifer
Those look like great habits! I’m going to be working on 2 miles as soon as I have this baby. Hopefully it won’t take too long to work up to that. Have a great week!
Very sound, reasonable goals! My SHS this week is getting back into my resolutions and mine are similar to yours. Best of luck in attaining all that you want to!
The Lazy Organizer ~ Wow! Good for you! Did you run at all during your pregnancy?
Take care,
Jennifer

What a great idea to revisit your resolutions. Most people start the year off right, but forget to go back and assess themselves. Thanks for dropping by!

Wow- those all sound wonderful!

I love #4!
Good job on setting a goal of running 2 miles! I haven’t really done any running in years. Lately I’ve been walking 1-3 miles twice a week, and I’ve been amazed at how much better I feel when I go. I’m not sure I’m ready to get back to running, though!
Blessings,
Michele

Michele,
Thanks!!
My goal is to run 5Ks this summer, so I need to up my mileage. I realize how hard it is when you are sore from weightlifting and core work though too. Walking and running is so meditative as well as good for your heart and body. I am glad you get to go out with Gen to walk.
