Looking ahead at this week, I knew that I would be out of the house in the evenings Tuesday-Friday because I am holding cheerleading tryouts and practice for the upcoming school year. It has been interesting planning dinner around evening events since it has been so long since I have had to do that.
Monday – Spaghetti and garlic bread
Tuesday – Black bean soup, homemade bread
Wednesday – Bbq meatloaf in the crockpot (from Crockpot Cookbook) with potatoes and green beans. *New recipe
Thursday – Quinoa tacos
Friday – Beef stew (from Crockpot Cookbook) in the crockpot. *New recipe
Saturday – Mini pizzas
Sunday – Leftovers/Breakfast for supper
