
I did this list two weeks ago for my goals. I have completed all of them but I didn’t run 2.5 miles. I have decided to take up walking, rollerblading, and biking in place of running to get past this two week wait. If I had been running consistently up until this point it would be different, but I’d rather not change up my routine too much. I have been very busy with our home business and I have also been working on Mary Kay once again. I have also meditated a few times, done yoga with a friend, and I plan on attending the Tolle group in our area this coming week.
My new goals:
- Don’t stress out too much that I’m in the 2 week wait – once again
- Do yoga 2 times this week to help relieve my back and neck aches
- Use my bike to run errands, carpool, and be wise about the gas consumption
- Workout 2 times besides yoga this week
- Put together a going away party for DH as he gears up for camp
