D: Steak fajitas and banana bread for dessert

Wednesday ~

L: Left over fajitas

D: Pesto pasta, garlic bread, and spring mix salad

Thursday ~

B: Smoothie

L: Soup

D: Veggie wrap and fruit

Friday ~

B: Toast or cereal

L: Salad with sprouted sunflowers

D: Boca burger, quartered potatoes from Nourishing Traditions, and green beans

Saturday~

B: Smoothie

L: Leftovers

D: Veggie corn dog and homemade fries with salad

Sunday~

B: Toast or cereal

L: Salad with sprouts

D: Crockpot chicken quinoa
