
Back to Saturday goals since I kind of fell off the wagon… This time I’m focusing on having a healthy pregnancy.
- Take prenatal every evening.
- Drink lots of water.
- Make healthy food choices.
- Workout 3-4 times this week. (I ran and did yoga yesterday)
- Be prepared and educate myself the best I can.
