
The last Smart Habit Saturday was a few weeks ago, but I haven’t forgotten about it or given up on any of the goals. I believe I am accomplishing all of the goals and continue to do so – I’ve been drinking as much water as I can, taking my vitamins at night, making pretty healthy food choices (we all need cheats once in awhile), I’ve been reading about pregnancy and birth everyday, and I have been working out. I’ve been running, walking, and riding my bike to work and home. I even ran a 5K yesterday.
My goal this week is plain and simple – COOK AT HOME! With work and feeling generally tired most of the time, I have not given my kitchen and cooking enough attention. I find it easier just to go out to eat, and although I think I have been making good food choices it certaintly doesn’t make it budget friendly. This week, I’m going back into the kitchen. I will be cooking!
