We heard little Sprout’s heartbeat today. Oh my goodness.. what an experience! I almost teared up (as did DH), but instead I giggled out loud. I was so relieved, amazed, and happy. It was like a little schoolgirl giggle. His/her heartrate is in the 150′s. Strong and loud!

I was so close to tearing up when I heard it. I closed my eyes and tried to hold back the tears. Dr. said, “How’s that sound mom?” I just giggled before I could say, “Good!”
Later in the evening, James put his hand on my belly where the Dr. found the heartbeat and did the sound of it. Totally made me melt.
