
Monday – Spicy greens with couscous (didn’t get to last week) and homemade apple pie for dessert
Tuesday – Hobo packets (also didn’t get to last week) with apple pie for dessert
Wednesday – Beef chowder (new recipe and it turned out to be yummy!!) with biscuits
Thursday – Spaghetti with garlic bread
Friday – Pizza biscuits with veggies and dip
Saturday – Veggie burgers with veggie kabobs (new recipes)
Sunday – Leftovers or free for all

Those spicy greens with the couscous sounds wonderful!
It was good, but I wish I had used more of the spice it called for. Basically it was swiss chard that was cooked in olive oil and fresh ginger with a spice mix of black pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground ginger, and coriander served over couscous.
