Meal Plan Monday

 

I start coaching my cheerleading squad this week, so I will try and do fairly easy meals until I get into the swing of things. :)
Monday ~ Spaghetti
Tuesday ~ Steaks on the grill, fried potatoes, corn
Wednesday ~ Baked ravioli
Thursday ~ Grilled cheese and fruit bowls
Friday ~ Pizza biscuits
Saturday ~ Fryer chicken, stuffing, potatoes and peas
Sunday ~ Leftovers or whatever you can find

    Sherry ~ Kids would have fun eating them and making them. They can customize them!! :) Thanks for stopping by and have a great week also.

    Michelle M ~ Baked ravioli is pretty easy. I just boil on the stove until it floats and then I put it in a casserole dish with spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, and chopped garlic. I top it with mozzarella and parmesan cheese and bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes. Yum!

    Jen– I do the exact same thing with cheese tortellini, but I never thought to do it with ravioli. It’s so delicious, simple, fast, and afforable though, so I’ll definitely be adding that one to my menu.

    Rebecca ~ Ooh that sounds good with cheese tortellini. For some reason, I always use my tortellini with pesto. :)
