
Monday ~ Lasagna (making extra to freeze), garlic toast, and salad
Tuesday ~ Veggie nachoes
Wednesday ~ DH is making enchiladas
Thursday ~ Large salads with veggies and hard boiled eggs. Fresh homemade bread as a side.
Friday ~ Pizza biscuits with sliced fruit and/or veggies
Saturday ~ Porcupine meatballs, mashed potatoes, and veggies
Sunday ~ Daytona 500 party at my sisters and bringing a dish to pass. I just don’t know what yet.
