Meal Plan Monday – June 20-June 26

We are all back home after James was in Arizona for work, and Val and I were in NC for my cousin’s graduation.  So, it’s back to normal meal planning here.  Yay!  This makes me very happy. :)

Breakfasts will be some combination of cereal (hot or cold), toast, eggs, pancakes, fruit…

Sunday~ L: Veggie wraps  D:  Veggie and noodle stirfry

Monday~ L:  Veggie burgers and fries  D:  Sweet potato and lentil packets

Tuesday~ L: Quiche  D: Nachos with cilantro quacamole

Wednesday~ L: Loaded potatoes and leftovers  D:  Spaghetti with salad

Thursday~ L: Leftovers  D:  Cabbage meal in the crockpot

Friday~ L: PB&J bagels and fruit  D:  Pizza

Saturday~ L: French toast  D: Chicken breasts with corn quinoa salad
