Meal Plan Monday – August 2-August 8

We have decided to make our menu a little more streamlined this month by repeating meals each week.  Hopefully it will be easier to create our shopping lists and to get into a rhythm for food preparation.  Summer is a hard time to stay on top of tasks when you just want to be outside playing with friends, so hopefully this will help.  If you see a lot of the same meals coming up these next few weeks, you will know why.

Breakfasts will be a mix of smoothies, fresh juice, toast, eggs, hot/cold cereal.

Monday~ L: Tuna salad and homemade veggie soup  D: Applebees copycat crispy orange chicken bowl

Tuesday~  L: Veggie wraps and soup  D: Tacos

Wednesday~  L:  Hot dogs and corn  D: Spaghetti and fresh veggie

Thursday~  L: Leftovers  D: Chicken stirfry

Friday~  L: Orzo pasta salad and fruit  D:  Homemade pizza

Saturday~  L: Out  D:  Sloppy joes and fresh veggie

Sunday~  L: Leftovers  D:  Chili in the crockpot
