Inspirational Monthly Menu Planning

A little mash-up of Inspiration Sunday and Menu Planning Monday here on Making a Home and Family today! :)

Homesteading Homemaker has inspired me to write up my whole monthly menu again (and I borrowed some recipes from her too).  So to pass on the inspiration and planning juju – here is April’s menu!

4- Burgers, homemade fries, goddess green beans

5- Crockpot hamburger and vegetable soup, gluten free bread

6- Enchiladas, tortillas and guacamole

7- Veggie fried rice and wontons with Tony Horton’s sticky bars for dessert

8- Pizza and salad

9- Zen salmon, mashed potatoes, sautéed veggies

10- Spaghetti, salad, and garlic toast

11- Hot dogs, fried potatoes, and baked beans

12- Tacos with a side of beans and rice

13- Crustless chicken pot pie and gluten free biscuits

14- BLTs and soup

15- Out to eat

16- Meatloaf cups, mashed potatoes, and corn

17- Veggie lasagna, salad, and garlic toast

18- Nachos with a side of quinoa and beans

19- Beef and black bean chili

20- Enchiladas with tortillas chips and guacamole

21- Shrimp and veggies on pasta with salad

22- Pizza and salad

23- Out to eat

24- Burgers, homemade fries, and steamed broccoli

25- Chicken pesto, salad

26- Shrimp on corn tortillas

27- Out to eat

28- Nachos

29- Sweet and sour meatballs, fried potatoes, and fruit salad

30- Breakfast tortillas and homemade muffins

  2. Wow! You are seriously industrious. I can’t menu plan for a week, much less a month. Some of these meals sound divine, too! Yum yum yum. Can I come for dinner?? =D
