I have been slacking with my meal plan, I admit it. But it was so much so that my hubby has even mentioned it. Err…. So, I am going to do better this week so that my family feels nourished and I feel more productive. You heard it here, folks!
Monday ~ BBQ chicken, homemade fries, steamed carrots
Tuesday ~ Chili
Wednesday ~ Enchiladas and kale salad
Thursday ~ Meatcups, mashed potatoes, and green beans
Friday ~ Veggie pizza with fruit and veggies on the side
Saturday ~ Steaks on the grill (party with friends)
Sunday ~ Red Lobster for father-in-law’s birthday and/or Earth Day potluck

On a completely different subject, I happen to be free next Sunday…?
We are going to Red Lobster with the family (and possibly meeting family from out of town). I am hoping to be back in time for Earth Day happenings but I doubt I’ll have other time to hang out.

I know, I know! It’s past my bedtime.
The plan is to get to kids yoga in the morning and I think a rocket day for homeschool before the birthday party. It’s going to be a busy weekend for us.
Yeah–that is a busy weekend! We’ll probably chill at home Saturday afternoon and just come up for the evening. I’ll probably make the bday cake then
